LeadPilot is an AI-powered sales-automation platform that finds qualified decision-makers and runs outreach across Sweden, Norway and Finland. It automates lead discovery, email personalisation, contact and follow-up, saving users a reported ten hours a week.
Leads are filtered by industry (SNI codes), geography, company size and revenue, then sourced from official business registries with decision-maker contact details. AI personalises messaging at scale while a weekly scheduler keeps a human in control. It is GDPR-compliant and ships with a permanently free tier.
As CTO I owned the technical direction end to end, building the platform that turns Nordic business registries into qualified leads and the AI layer that personalises outreach at scale.
