Rather than a separate app you log into, Convily turned the email inbox itself into the CRM — letting AI handle customer relationships where the conversations already happen.
It was an ambitious bet on an AI-native CRM. The product never publicly launched: it only ever reached private beta. The thinking behind it carried forward into later go-to-market work.
